Good Lad Soccer (GLS) – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital images provided by Good Lad Soccer (“GLS”). By accessing or purchasing from our photography galleries, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through GLS photography galleries are digital image downloads unless otherwise stated.

No physical products will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, digital images will be delivered electronically via download link.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Pixieset or similar platform).

GLS does not store or process your payment information directly.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and delivered.

Please ensure you review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Digital Image License

All purchased images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Customers may:

• Download and store images for personal use

• Print images for personal display

• Share images on personal social media accounts

Customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense images

• Use images for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes

• Claim ownership or authorship of images

• Transfer images to third parties for commercial use

Full copyright remains with Good Lad Soccer and/or the event photographer.

5. Copyright

All images remain the exclusive property of Good Lad Soccer and/or the assigned photographer.

Purchasing a digital image does not transfer copyright ownership.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Watermarked Images

Preview images displayed in galleries may include watermarks for protection and preview purposes.

Watermarks are removed from all purchased digital downloads.

7. Order Fulfillment

Digital images are delivered automatically upon successful payment unless otherwise stated.

GLS is not responsible for:

• Delayed downloads due to user error

• Incorrect email addresses provided at checkout

• Technical issues outside of our control

8. Image Availability

GLS reserves the right to:

• Add, remove, or modify images at any time

• Adjust pricing or packages without notice

• Remove galleries after a reasonable period of time

We recommend downloading purchased images promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

GLS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use digital products.

This includes but is not limited to technical issues, internet interruptions, or file access problems.

10. Social Media Sharing

Customers are welcome to share purchased images on personal social media accounts.

Tagging @GoodLadSoccer is appreciated but not required.
